The Sales Strategy Session is a 90-minute video working meeting with a specific framework designed to identify your business landscape, challenges and objectives, and then move from your current sales situation to an understanding, vision, and concrete plan of action to get you to where you want to be.

Throughout the call, there will be a series of questions and discussion to identify obstacles, opportunities and actionable steps necessary to create sales momentum and traction. This will be documented and delivered as a strategic/tactical plan in real-time that’s tailored to address your specific goals and challenges.

Your Sales Strategy Session will provide you with:

- Clear, more in-depth understanding of your current state, the challenges and contingencies that are impacting your sales progress.

- Detailed plan of action complete with process, approach, reasoning and expected outcomes that your and your team can implement to drive sales effectiveness and results.
