Helped a SAAS healthcare solutions provider manage smoothly through a critical transition phase. Services included direct sales services, marketing/messaging consulting, and post-sales customer care services. Contributed two new strategic BCBS customers to the client base, and was also able to successfully restore other existing health plan relationships to a state of high satisfaction and referenceability. Secured press releases and other announcements promoting the respective partnerships and successes of the solution. Identified and coordinated a pilot program to measure and expand the solution, and to then use the pilot findings to create an ROI-based white paper and the basis for a conference session at AHIP.
Expanded the sales and marketing reach of a boutique HIT consulting practice into the health plan vertical. The company engaged Kiinetics to formalize and enhance their already successful health plan practice. Focused on targeting key customers and areas where the client’s expertise is most immediately influential, and then directed more consistent attention and value to those prospective customers. Contributed new PBM and vendor customers to the company’s portfolio, and have positioned them to add several new health plan customers.
Provided sales services and market strategy to a highly innovative convergence media company looking to expand aggressively into the healthcare vertical. Particular emphasis has been places on defining their health plan sales strategy as well as assessment of the product/solution offering for that market. Delivered a strategic customer within the first 90 days of the engagement. Currently involved in defining, developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the client’s ACO and HIT vendor markets.
